Here's one from my visit to Llangollen Railway last week for the Grange charter. Really nice to be back at the Llangollen line since all their troubles over recent years. They are a really friendly bunch of people and went the extra mile to make us photographers welcome and provide the best day they could. The great weather helped too! ![]()
Grange No. 6880 "Betton Grange" passes the classic location at Garthydwr (which the railway got contractors to clear for the charter) with the charter on 9th April 2025. ![]()

As we edge towards retirement, a major change will occur this coming week with my business website (www.donbishop.co.uk) being taken down. We now do little business online, most of our customers buy their pictures at shows & events, and the costs associated with maintaining the full website are just not worthwhile. I will be increasing my activity of Facebook, which will become my online presence going forward. Images such as this one will posted as regularly as I can. ![]()
